On the heels of a very successful USC Screening, Parasomnia has another press review to add to its growing list of excellent review’s! Here’s some highlights from the new Beyond Hollywood review! - "PARASOMNIA is one of this year’s most exciting horror films.” … “PARASOMNIA effortlessly revives the 1980-ies type of horror, characterized by intriguing, eccentric characters, spirited dialogues and situations, offbeat and irrational scenarios, and inspired visuals!” … “If you like good horror, don’t let PARASOMNIA slip under your radar. It is a brave little old-school horror which deserves all the attention and love it can get.”

My personal favorite paragraph - “Once upon a time, say in the 1980s, horrors were not afraid to be quirky, weird, and outrageous, with crazy plots that actually tried to be different. It was a time when even the remakes were fresh and improving upon the originals (THE THING, THE FLY, BLOB, etc.), unlike the soulless crap produced today. PARASOMNIA has this retro-aura of a cult flick from the 1980ies strangely resurfaced today and only somewhat polished with occasional CGI.”

PARASOMNIA New Trailer and Monsterpalooza Screening!

Parasomnia is at Cannes sporting a much better trailer (see here or see below) Thanks to Robert Malachowski over at Maldev Productions. This will be the final trailer released by the Production Company, as we decide on a US home for the film!

PRE-RELEASE SCREENING -Friday May 29th - 9:00 pm @ MONSTERPALOOSA

Monsterpalooza press release - Through special arrangement with Director William Malone, Monsterpalooza will be presenting an exclusive screening of his latest feature film.

Growing up in Michigan, William Malone always had a love for all things horror and things that go bump in the night.

In the mid 70's Malone found himself at Don Post Studios creating many organic, believable creatures that were sold as masks and display pieces to the public. Even today these pieces are very sought after in the collectors market.

Years later, Malone would pursue a career in film making directing features such as Warner Brothers House on Haunted Hill, Tales from the Crypt, Fear Dot Com and Masters of Horror.

With Parasomnia (Dreams of the Sleepwalker), William Malone's homage to the late Polish Surrealist Zdzislaw Beksinski, he offers us a rare opportunity to see this wonderfully dark horror tale of romance and death before its release. Check out what others are saying about the film, and then come see it for yourself! More Details at MONSTERPALOOSA

“Parasominia begins where nightmares end and goes on deep into the flesh of madness and death. Strap yourself into your seat. You're in for a bumpy ride. - Wes Craven

“A beautiful and exotic projection of suspense and terror. Parasomnia burns with laser precision into the dream zone of your head. Cinematic hangover guaranteed. Thankfully, an original and effective experience that you can’t shake.” - Tobe Hooper

“A fascinating and fiercely original work of Art... A daring and an inspiring piece.... Something that I’ve never seen before and something that I’d love to experience again.” James Oster -Joblo Movie Network's Arrow In the Head

“a cautionary love story with a twisted killer, and amazing visuals – A modern day Grimm's fairy tale!” Spooky Dan -Bloody-Disgusting.com

“The worlds of fantasy and fatality collide! To say that Parasomnia is bloody and twisted is an understatement. Weird and Wonderful.” Staci Layne Wilson -Horror.com
